Personal Experience

Tyler plays a key role on the deal team at Business Brokerage Advisors, where he leads the firm’s technology and research initiatives and drives the development of comprehensive marketing materials and data rooms tailored to each engagement. He is actively involved throughout all phases of the transaction process, from buyer outreach and market research to the preparation of confidential information memoranda (CIMs), financial analysis, and deal execution.

Tyler brings deep expertise in recasting complex financial statements, conducting industry and buyer landscape analyses, and crafting data-driven marketing strategies that position businesses for a successful transaction. His work enhances both the quality and efficiency of BBA’s deal process, helping deliver strong outcomes for clients.

Prior to joining BBA, Tyler worked at West Monroe, a Chicago-based consulting firm specializing in mid-market M&A and technology. He graduated from the Farmer School of Business at Miami University with a degree in Finance, where he held multiple leadership roles and gained hands-on experience across consulting, supply chain, marketing, and healthcare. A Cincinnati native, Tyler is a graduate of Archbishop Moeller High School.
