Our typical buy-side advisory engagement has a cost structure to the buyer that includes a monthly engagement fee + a success fee upon a closed transaction.Our buy-side advisory services typically stop at the introduction stage but for an extra cost we have the ability and expertise to work past the introduction stage through the LOI stage, concluding with closing..
