Brian Allen

Personal Experience

Brian has over 25 years of building high performing teams and businesses in both corporate and small business arenas. Brian’s proven leadership skills and collaborative style has helped lead his various businesses to several Inc. 5000 listings, CBC’s Fast 55, Goering Center awards and several industry-specific awards.

Brian has worked and advised in several industries throughout his career – telecom, private equity, tech, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, consulting and in e-commerce. Mr. Allen is also the founder of BBA & Associates, a strategic planning and change management consulting firm. He often helps our sell-side clients by leveraging some of these best-in-class practices when helping owners plan for their eventual exit. Mr. Allen, a proud graduate of Moeller High School, was awarded a full academic scholarship through the US Army’s ROTC program and earned his BS (Marketing & Management) at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. His MBA (Finance & International Business) is from the Lindner College of Business at the University of Cincinnati.

Brian lives in Cincinnati with his wife, daughter and playful golden retriever. Mr. Allen serves on the Board of Directors at Gateway Logistics and volunteers on many church and school related projects. Brian enjoys golf, adventure racing, Indiana basketball, Cincinnati sports teams and being a dance dad.
